The Jermann Afix has been produced since 1996 from pure Riesling grapes coming from vineyards rooted in ponca, the extraordinary soil of Collio, where layers of sandstone and marl alternate. The winemaking process involves partial skin contact. The aromas are of great character and persistence, with fruity notes and slightly aromatic hints. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and reveals a perfect balance between softness and verticality.

Riesling Afix IGT 2021 Jermann
Afix Riesling by Jermann is a pure Riesling produced since 1996, from vineyards growing on marls and sandstones of Eocene age (these give rise to a rocky substrate, which, over time, transforms into the characteristic "ponca"). The grapes are lightly macerated and then traditionally vinified in white; aging takes place on the lees in steel tanks for about ten months, followed by a few more months in the bottle.
