Sparkling wine obtained from a meticulous selection of Glera grapes, cultivated in owned vineyards, from which a limited number of bottles are produced. Winemaking: White vinification, through soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature with a 40-day second fermentation and aging from 1 to 3 months. It has aromas of exotic fruit and floral notes that are expressed through a fine and persistent perlage. The taste is fresh, velvety, and slightly sweet. Residual sugar 10.00 g/l - Total acidity 6.00 g/l.
