Sparkling wine obtained from a selection of Glera grapes, cultivated in owned vineyards. Winemaking: White vinification, through soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature with a 30-day second fermentation and aging from 2 to 3 months. It has aromas of exotic fruit and floral notes that are expressed through a fine and persistent perlage. The taste is fresh, velvety, and slightly sweet. Residual sugar 15.00 g/l - Total acidity 5.80 g/l.
