Maceration on the skins for about 20 days. AGING About 24 months in French oak barrels, with a small portion in barriques. NOTES This is the first non-single-variety wine produced by the Pio family, aimed at those who love traditional Piedmontese wines with a touch of international flair. It serves as an introduction to the great classic Piedmontese wines.
