Oltre Langhe rosso 2020 DOC Pio Cesare
A wine born from the skillful vinification of Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes, with a small addition of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The vineyards come from a selection of plots owned by our family, located in particularly suitable areas within our great terroirs. The vinification takes place in stainless steel. Maceration on the skins for about 20 days. It is then aged for about 24 months in French oak barrels, with a small portion in barriques.
