Nebbiolo 2023 DOC Marchesi di Gresì

The Langhe Nebbiolo is produced by Marchesi di Grésy in the main of their four estates, that of Martinenga. The other three estates are Monte Aribaldo, La Serra, and Monte Colombo, all located in the Langhe or Monferrato regions, covering a total of 45 hectares of vineyards. The pure Nebbiolo grapes are carefully hand-selected before being vinified with a red maceration process with submerged cap, at a controlled temperature, lasting for 6-7 days. The aging takes place in cement or steel for a period of 5 months
