Yuu Baal Pechuga is a traditional pechuga mezcal made with Espadin agave. Between the second and third distillation, a raw turkey or chicken breast and fresh fruit are added to the still. This technique imparts a broad range of aromas and flavors to the mezcal. It has a nose full of citrus, aromatic herbs, fruits, and spices, with flavors of orange, pineapple, and mango.
The velvety texture carries subtle hints of roasted chicken, cinnamon, and mango on the finish.

Terra (YUU) and fire (BAAL): almost as if to recall the sacred union of these two natural elements in one expression. The words that identify these mezcals evoke the two main elements from which Yuu Baal mezcals come to life. Yuu Baal represents a mezcal produced entirely in a traditional, artisanal manner, respecting the ancient and profound traditions of Oaxaca’s mezcal masters. It brings together a group of producers who first focus on taking care of their land, where the agave is harvested and cultivated. Each mezcal represents an extraordinary expression of the terroir of the village where it is made. The agaves used also differ, imparting unique characteristics to every bottle. Espadin is refined and well-defined, resulting in a balanced and aromatic flavor. Tepeztate is one of the most interesting agaves grown in Oaxaca. It takes 25 to 35 years to reach maturity and only grows on extremely steep slopes. Tobala, on the other hand, is one of the most appreciated agaves, known for its complex and structured taste. Finally, Madrecuixe is a unique wild agave species that grows in limited quantities, producing some of the most distinctive distillates in the world with uncommon organoleptic characteristics.
