Il ginestraio IGT 2022 Usiglian del Vescovo

Il Ginestraio pays homage to the gorse, a bright and highly fragrant flower that thrives among the vineyards of Usiglian del Vescovo. This wine boasts an elegant character and a floral aroma; thanks to its unique personality, it pairs well with a variety of dishes, creating surprising combinations. Hand-harvested grapes are transported to the cellar, where they are carefully sorted, destemmed, and crushed. The clarified must is then fermented. After about 6 months of aging, the wine is bottled and ready to fill your glasses.
