Here we are faced with a Dolcetto that, while taking on a more decisive character, visible already in its more concentrated color and greater alcohol power, continues to showcase those characteristics of typicity, freshness, aromatic vivacity, and pleasing drinkability thanks to its exclusive aging in steel. Truly pleasant to the eye, it presents a dense ruby-violet color with good concentration and a compact rim. On the nose, it is intense and intriguing; the altitude of the vineyard (470 m. a.s.l.) ensures an excellent temperature range, benefiting the freshness and dynamism of the aromas. The fruit is almost enticing, with notes of cherry, black cherry, meaty red flowers, and even hints typical of perfumery. On the palate, it has good body without being excessive, fine tannins that are delicately aggressive, crunchy fruit, and nice acidity, with a slightly bitter and characteristic finish, enhanced by a subtle but persistent saltiness.
