Derthona Timorasso Pitasso DOC 2020 Mariotto An iconic Timorasso reserve from the renowned producer Claudio Mariotto, all the vineyards are cultivated without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or systemic products, with a harvest at the end of September. The winemaking process includes gentle and slow pressing of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation with temperature control, and aging for a year on noble lees in steel tanks with light batonnage, followed by at least 12 months in the bottle, resulting in this extraordinary wine.
