Resulting from the blend of Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%), after vinification in steel, it rests for approximately 60 months on the lees before disgorgement. On the nose, floral notes are discovered, accompanied by great minerality, while the palate is surprised by a dynamic entry marked by its great freshness!
