Champagne Chateau de Bligny gran Rosè

The Champagne Grand Reserve Brut Rosé by Château de Bligny is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% red wine from the Champagne Appellation. Château de Bligny is the only estate in the Champagne region to hold the title of Château as a producer of viticulture. A 30-hectare estate with vineyards spread over 8 plots, including a Clos where all seven traditional varieties of the region are cultivated. It ages for 4 years on the lees. It is characterized by a subtle explosion of flavors of wild strawberries, wild raspberries, red currants, and a sparkle of blood orange. A lively mouthfeel with a steady trajectory, the finish of the root evokes juicy red pepper.
