Territorio, as a terroir concept, is very dear to our cousins across the Alps; Mariotto combines tradition and innovation directly from the municipalities of Tortona and Serezzano. It is a ready-to-drink wine, meant to be enjoyed immediately.

The Barbera 'Territorio' by Claudio Mariotto is a red wine that originates from the Colli Tortonesi area, a region of Piedmont near the Ligurian border, where this historic grape variety expresses itself with intense and pleasantly rich wines. The vineyards are cultivated without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or systemic products. This version of Barbera presents good aromatic complexity. It is aged for 12 months in steel tanks and at least 6 months in the bottle. It is winey, delicate, and abundant when young.
