Visual Appearance: It captivates with its beautiful intense ruby color, featuring purple reflections. Aroma: On the nose, it develops a deep and intense bouquet, mineral with evident notes of red fruit and plum. Palate: In the mouth, it is vigorous, well-structured, and characterized by a long and persistent finish. La Barbera d’Asti La Bogliona from Scarpa is excellent to enjoy alongside veal roasts, medium-aged cheeses, agnolotti, or veal tongue carpaccio with green sauce.
