Visual Appearance: It impresses with its beautiful intense ruby color, with purple reflections. Aroma: On the nose, it develops a deep and intense bouquet, mineral in character, with evident notes of red fruit and plum. Palate: On the palate, it is vigorous and well-structured, characterized by a long and persistent finish. La Barbera d’Asti La Bogliona from Scarpa is perfect to enjoy with veal roasts, medium-aged cheeses, agnolotti, or veal tongue carpaccio with green sauce.
