Barbera D'Alba DOC 2016 Alabarda Dante Rivetti

For the Rivetti family, “Alabarda” is the highest expression of the Barbera grape. Fermentation: Using a traditional pump-over system, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a period of 8 days. Maturation: 24 months in 2.25 hl oak barrels, followed by a 12-month aging in bottle. ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY IN MAGNUM
