Coupons include gift cards, discount codes generated by the website, or issued by customer service following customer reports; the Coupon cannot be combined with other gift cards or Coupons.
The discount code you have must be entered on the summary page (where you see the list of all bottles). On your right, under the total, you will see the words “I have a coupon.” Click on it, and the space to enter it will appear. Enter your code there and press the “plus” to activate it. Once the page refreshes, you will see the message “The Coupon code ‘XXXX’ has been applied,” and the order total will be reduced by the value of the coupon itself. At this point, you can proceed with your order by confirming the shipping address and payment method. Please note that only one coupon can be used per order. The Gift Card is redeemable in a single transaction. The purchase amount can be less than the value of the voucher, but it will be entirely invalidated and cannot be used for future transactions.

Our courier is very careful when handling the packages sent by WineforSoul to its members. If, for any reason, one or more bottles arrive damaged at your address, immediately contact our customer care at wineforsoul@tiscali.it and explain the extent of the damage. Our team will respond as soon as possible. In the event of damaged goods, you may be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send a photo and a description of the damage via email to prevent similar issues in the future.
