Nebbiolo Langhe DOC 2021 Lorenzo Negro
VARIETY & VINEYARD Nebbiolo grapes sourced from our vineyards facing south/southwest, on steep slopes and elevated positions. The soil type is sandy-loamy. HARVEST & VINIFICATION Starting in mid-October, the selected grapes, hand-picked in crates, undergo destemming and crushing, then ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 10-12 days. MATURATION & AGING After fermentation, the wine rests for 18 months in stainless steel tanks, is bottled, and ages for several months in the bottle.

Medium-intensity ruby red, with garnet reflections as it ages

Soft, full, with a characteristic tannic note, pronounced minerality, and good persistence

Intense and fruity, reminiscent of fresh plum, raspberry jam, and strawberries
