Pio Cesare produces this Nebbiolo Langhe DOC from grapes grown in their various estate vineyards, located in areas around Diano d’Alba, La Morra, Collaretto, Serralunga d’Alba, and San Rocco Seno d’Elvio. Only the best bunches are selected during the manual harvest, and once in the winery, the grapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, slowly macerating for about 20 days.
