Espadin is refined and well-defined, resulting in a balanced and aromatic flavor. Tepeztate is one of the most interesting agaves grown in Oaxaca. It takes 25 to 35 years to reach maturity and only grows on extremely steep slopes. Tobala, on the other hand, is one of the most appreciated agaves, known for its complex and structured taste.
