The beautiful sunny exposures, constantly breezy and blessed by the mild climate of this corner of Liguria, provide intensely aromatic and well-balanced grapes. At the end of the harvest, the finest bunches undergo a 48-hour cold maceration before being gently pressed. The free-run must ferments in stainless steel tanks.
