An excellent and complete Blanc de Noirs from Ambonnay, a rarity of immense power and depth, with an incredibly fresh and unmistakable taste. In the glass, it has an enchanting intense golden yellow color, enriched by a constant and fine mousse. The bouquet is stunning, where a strong concentration of varietal aromas of raspberry, cherry, and strawberry is astonishingly blended with magnificent hints of citrus, flowers, aromatic herbs, sweet spices, and brioche. On the palate, it continues to impress, delivering an overwhelming taste of power and density, orchestrated by the characteristic freshness and salinity imparted by the chalk, leading to an unexpectedly fruity and extraordinarily long finish.<\/p>\n

The Blanc de Noirs Vieilles Vignes “Les Crayeres” is a pure Pinot Noir from a 1946 vineyard in the village of Ambonnay. The priceless soil of these lands consists of about thirty centimeters of earth and deep chalky layers, which, combined with artisanal production and extremely low yields, lead to a Champagne of irresistible personality and strength. The wine ages for 72 months on lees in the bottle, with a sugar dosage of 2 g\/L.<\/p>\n
