‘Oro d’Is\u00e9e’ was born from our past and links the name of our great-grandfather, who was called \u201cISEO\u201d, to his habit of collecting the best, most \u201cGOLDEN\u201d bunches in the vineyard and making a small batch of wine from them to be kept hidden and only drunk on the most important festive occasions.<\/p>\n
With this label, we sought to revive this concept of a small batch of excellent wine, choosing each year the best Vermentino grapes from two of our vineyards and vinifying them separately from the others, with a cold maceration on the skins of about 18 hours to enhance its organoleptic properties to the fullest.<\/p>\n
Selection of the grapes, maceration in a press at controlled temperature for 24 hours, gentle vacuum pressing using only free-run juice. Cooling to 10\u00b0C with natural decantation.
