The vineyard is south-facing on the hills of the Municipality of Alba, bordering the Municipality of Treiso, which was once part of the Municipality of Barbaresco. It is fermented without the stems but with a good portion of whole grapes, which give it very fruity notes. As soon as fermentation is finished, it is placed in 2500-liter French oak barrels, always new, for a period of 24 months and then immediately bottled to complete its aging.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMassimo Penna Viticoltore\u201d is a determined man who transformed his family&#8217;s fruit orchards into vineyards, taking care of them in every detail with a single goal that he says is encapsulated in three \u201cQs,\u201d which means quality, quality, and quality.
