However, if tasted without the label in sight, there is no chance that anyone could guess it was the work of a young Australian. In fact, it would not be a stretch to think that it was made by a seventy-year-old winemaker in the twilight of his career, with an interpretation learned from decades of noise and experimentation, evolving into beauty, balance, and a sweet, timeless melody.<\/p>\n
