This vineyard lies on a limestone and clay soil and was completely replanted in 1990-91. Grown biodynamically, it brings forth a powerful and intense Champagne, spicy in character, which has become increasingly complex and precise in recent years. This cuv\u00e9e, made from <strong>Chardonnay<\/strong> and <strong>Pinot Noir<\/strong>, has spent <strong>7 years on the lees<\/strong>, and this <strong>Blanc de Noirs<\/strong> fully expresses the expertise of four generations of winemakers.<\/p>\n<p>With a highly complex profile, it exhibits aromas of yellow fruits and a distinctly chalky minerality.
